MowiKlip only collects information necessary to provide optional account-based features such as Google Sign-In and edit synchronization. We do not sell, share, or use personal information for advertising or tracking purposes. Your custom edits and preferences remain under your control. We do not read browsing history, track activity outside supported Netflix pages, or access Google account pages.

Your Edits remain under your control
All user-defined data — including your custom skip,
mute, and loop segments — is
stored in your account.

API. By default, edits may be marked as private and are visible only
to you. If you choose to share an edit with the community, that edit
may become visible to other MowiKlip users viewing the same Netflix
title. MowiKlip stores an edit visibility setting to distinguish
between private and shared edits. This data is not sold or shared
with third parties except as required to provide the services
requested by the user.
Minimal Data Usage
MowiKlip does not sell user data, use advertising trackers, or monitor browsing activity outside supported Netflix pages. The extension only accesses the information required to provide core functionality such as applying skip, mute, and loop edits during playback. Optional account-based features such as sign-in and sync are used solely to provide extension functionality. Any future analytics or telemetry features will be disclosed clearly in this policy before release.
Permissions Used Only as Needed
Permissions requested by the extension are used solely to enable core functionality as described below. No permission is requested speculatively or for future use.

Policy Updates
If future updates involve any changes to data usage — such as optional cloud sync or account features — this privacy policy will be updated to reflect those changes before the update is released. You will always have the opportunity to review and opt out of any data-sharing features before they take effect. Material changes will be highlighted clearly in the extension's release notes.
